Job summary

The Equal Employment Practices Commission (EEPC) is hiring an EEO Program Analyst to join the Audit Unit in New York City. You will analyze, evaluate, and monitor agency EEO programs for compliance with city, state, and federal laws, and provide corrective action recommendations.

Typical duties include conducting comprehensive and focused audits, reviewing affirmative action programs, and advising agency personnel on EEO regulations. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate agencies’ employment/EEO programs when initiated by EEPC or on request.
• Conduct audits of agencies’ employment/EEO programs and provide corrective recommendations.
• Review affirmative action/EEO programs and advise agency personnel on relevant laws and regulations.
• Analyze EEO complaints, plans, and reports and support investigations.
