Qualifications

  • Five years of administrative or professional work experience (with substitution options for education or military service)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in Equal Employment Opportunity Officer or similar role (preferred)
  • Valid Maryland motor vehicle operator's license if assigned to duties requiring vehicle operation
  • Strong investigative and mediation skills
  • Knowledge of employment discrimination, ADA, Title VI, and workplace compliance laws

Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Investigate discrimination and harassment complaints and document findings.
  • Develop and deliver workplace training on equal opportunity and compliance.
