Bryan Health is seeking an EEG Technologist to perform electroencephalographic testing and evoked potentials across patient populations, including infants and geriatrics. The role includes supervising junior staff and developing CVE training programs.
The position requires a high school diploma with science/math coursework, and EEG/EP credentialing. CPR certification is typically expected, with on-site responsibilities and mobile EEG duties as needed.
The EEG Technologist performs and oversees electroneurodiagnostic testing including EEG's and evoked potentials on infants, children, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients according to physician orders and departmental procedures. Performs training and clinical supervision of other neurodiagnostic personnel. Develops and updates the neurodiagnostic training program for Continuous Video EEG (CVE) monitoring for departmental staff.
High school diploma or equivalency required. Minimum of two (2) years post-high school coursework in science or math required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Successful completion of Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist OR Registered Evoked Potential Technologist OR Certificate in Neurophysiological Monitoring credentials required.
Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.
