Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• ABRET Registry Eligible as per department guidelines.
• Graduate of or enrolled in CAAHEP EEG program or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attaches and connects electrodes on the head from EEG machine.
• Performs prescribed EEG testing and reviews patient history.
• Monitors patient condition and reports seizure symptoms.
• Identifies artifacts and forwards results to physician.
• Performs long-term video EEG monitoring following the 10-20 system.
