Magical Beginnings seeks a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our Leominster, MA Early Childhood Education Center. The role emphasizes engaging, play-based learning that builds curiosity, confidence, and kindergarten readiness.

The ideal candidate holds EEC Preschool Certification, CDA or equivalent, with daycare center experience and a flexible 8-hour shift including opening/closing hours, while maintaining a safe, collaborative classroom and proactive parent communication.

Qualifications

• EEC Preschool Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree (required).
• Daycare experience in a center-based, private, or public school setting.
• Energetic approach to learning and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster curiosity and kindergarten readiness.
• Collaborate with co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, materials, and newsletters.
• Maintain safe, clean, and inviting classrooms; monitor student progress and assessments.
• Communicate with parents via Class Dojo and classroom boards; participate in staff meetings.
