Job summary

Magical Beginnings is seeking an EEC Certified Preschool Teacher for our Leominster, MA center. You will create engaging, play-based learning experiences for 2.9–5 year olds and partner with a co-teacher on curriculum and assessments.

The role requires center-based daycare experience, EEC certification or CDA, and a positive, energetic attitude. We offer weekly payroll, benefits, and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• EEC certification or equivalent required.
• Experience in center-based daycare or preschool setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-teacher to prepare curriculum and monthly newsletters.
• Keep parents informed via Class Dojo and classroom boards.
• Provide a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
• Lead age-appropriate activities and supervise outdoor time.
• Assist with meals, bathroom needs, and nap time.
• Record progress and complete assessments.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and complete PD hours.
