The Learning Experience in Andover, MA is seeking a Massachusetts EEC-qualified Preschool Lead Teacher. You will lead a dynamic classroom, guiding young learners toward readiness for kindergarten while collaborating with fellow educators and families.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Lead Teacher qualification required.
• Experience in preschool or early childhood education classroom setting required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily preschool activities, routines, and learning experiences.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum with developmentally appropriate lessons.
• Support early literacy, math, science, language, and social-emotional development.
• Create hands-on learning experiences through art, music, movement, and play.
• Encourage kindergarten readiness, independence, and positive peer relationships.
• Maintain classroom routines and positive behavior guidance.
• Observe milestones and maintain documentation.
• Mentor Assistant Teachers and collaborate with educators.
• Communicate regularly with families and maintain a welcoming classroom.
• Follow MA EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements.
