Job summary

The Learning Experience in Billerica, MA is seeking a skilled Curriculum Specialist to drive curriculum implementation, classroom quality, and teacher development across our early childhood program. The role requires strong EEC credentials and a passion for mentoring educators.

You'll collaborate with classrooms, model effective teaching practices, and provide coaching to ensure high-quality learning experiences for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required.
• Experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool setting.
• Experience across multiple early childhood age groups preferred.
• Lead Teacher certification or classroom leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and early childhood curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Support consistent implementation of The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Work alongside teachers to strengthen lesson delivery, classroom routines, and child engagement.
• Model developmentally appropriate teaching strategies and classroom management techniques.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and hands-on support to teaching teams.
• Help teachers prepare learning centers, classroom materials, and engaging educational experiences.
• Observe classrooms and partner with leadership to identify opportunities for additional teacher support.
• Support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and early academic development.
• Step into classrooms as needed to provide teaching and ratio support.
• Maintain consistent educational standards across Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs.
• Support new teachers as they learn curriculum expectations and classroom practices.
