The Exceptional Education Support Coach will be dedicated to supporting students in Department of Children's Services (DCS) custody who enter the district with significant behavioral, social-emotional, and educational needs. The coach will provide intensive behavioral and educational support for students with disabilities in Department of Children's Services (DCS) custody who require significant behavioral interventions. The coach will support both immediate and sustained improvements in student outcomes by increasing access to individualized behavioral supports, promoting educational stability, and strengthening access to the least restrictive environment. This role will act as both a coach and a teacher and will be required to attend BID meetings across the district, work with assigned school psych for DCS students, provide direct services when needed.
Starting At: $53,610.04
Salaries are determined by factors relevant to the position which may include education, experience, and other qualifications. Final compensation decisions are made at the discretion of MNPS in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The stated salary range for certificated teaching positions is calculated based on 201 days and should be viewed as a reference. All provided salary ranges serve as a general guideline.
