Job summary

Wavetronix is seeking four Electrical/Computer Engineering Interns for its LIFE Internship Program for Summer 2027 in Utah. You will work with experienced engineers on real projects and gain hands-on experience with hardware, embedded systems, signal processing, and related technologies.

The LIFE program combines technical challenges with professional development, leadership workshops, and teamwork as interns collaborate on prototypes and participate in design reviews.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Expected to have completed most junior-level coursework before Summer 2027
• Exposure to hardware design, embedded systems, signal processing, or related areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

• Work with multidisciplinary engineering teams on real projects
• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and validation of engineering solutions
• Gain hands-on experience with hardware, embedded systems, signal processing, and related technologies
• Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and project discussions
• Collaborate with fellow interns on a prototype project
• Learn how engineering supports traffic detection and transportation systems around the world
