Job summary

Teacher's Pension invites you to join as a Financial Advisor – K–12 Retirement Specialist. You will operate nationwide with provided leads, CRM support, and back-office resources to build a substantial practice under a commission-based model.

Role emphasizes one-on-one counseling, group presentations at schools, and enrollment in 403(b)/457(b) plans, with access to life insurance and estate planning services. Training and mentorship are included.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license is required.
• Securities license (Series 65) or willingness to obtain quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retirement counseling for K–12 staff.
• Lead on-site pension education seminars at school sites.
• Enroll clients in 403(b) and 457(b) plans and other retirement options.
• Offer life insurance and estate planning services.
• Provide ongoing client relationship management.
