Job summary

Teacher's Pension is seeking Financial Advisors to serve K–12 educators nationwide. You will conduct retirement counseling, lead in-school pension education seminars, and enroll clients in 403(b)/457(b) plans while offering life insurance and estate planning strategies.

We provide full back-office support, training, and ongoing mentorship. Expect a strong emphasis on relationship-building and long-term client service with a scalable six-figure practice.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and consultative sales skills essential.
• Ability to educate clients on retirement options for K–12 staff.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one retirement counseling for K–12 school employees.
• Lead state pension education seminars at school sites during school hours.
• Enroll clients in 403(b), 457(b), and other retirement plans.
• Offer life insurance, estate planning, and additional financial strategies.
• Provide long-term client service and relationship management.
