Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Course work in educational leadership or administration.
• Massachusetts Administrator License; Principal/Assistant Principal preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum, instruction, and assessment K-12.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate new curriculum.
• Lead a team of administrators and teachers in curriculum development.
• Coordinate review of current curriculum against standards.
• Use data to improve curricula; create a five-year plan.
• Manage state, district, and school assessments.
• Provide regular data reports for stakeholders.
• Coach and develop teachers; conduct observations and feedback.
