Qualifications

Master’s degree required from an accredited college or university.
Massachusetts Administrator License; Principal/Assistant Principal preferred.
Minimum seven years combined experience as a classroom teacher and/or leadership.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

Curriculum: participate in development and evaluation of new curriculum; coordinate review and assessments.
Assessment: manage state, district, and school common assessments; analyze data.
Analysis and Reporting: provide timely data reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Coaching and Development: oversee growth of teachers and facilitate professional development.
Other duties: perform duties as assigned by the Principal and Superintendent.
