Job summary

The School District of Philadelphia seeks a Professional Learning Specialist (Leadership Development) to design and facilitate advanced professional learning for teachers, principals, and staff across the District. This role supports MTSS alignment and equity-centered leadership initiatives.

You will lead district-wide programming, measure impact, and coach leadership teams. A Master’s degree and five years of experience leading adult learning are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education or related field required.
• Five years of full-time, paid teaching experience including leading professional learning for adults.

Responsibilities

• Designs and facilitates professional learning sessions and courses.
• Leads district-wide professional learning programming and logistics.
• Coaches leadership teams and teachers in implementation of professional learning.
• Develops plans to measure impact and analyzes data for decisions.
• Hires and develops part-time staff to support programming.
