Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
• At least 4 years of experience in conducting investigations of misconduct or criminal violations, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Substitutions: Education and experience may substitute for one another on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Team Management and Supervision: leading a high-performing, mission-driven team with data-informed objectives.
• Case Management and Quality Assurance: review and approve investigative reports and docket oversight.
• Process Improvement and Optimization: evaluate workflows and standardize decision-making processes.
• Investigative Operations: lead special projects, coordinate with legal and external agencies, ensure workflow continuity.
