Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC. seeks an experienced Insurance Agent to serve educators, retain and grow an existing book, and expand relationships with school personnel. This 1099 captive-agent role offers commission-based earnings and access to an established educator client base.

You will identify cross-selling opportunities, provide tailored insurance solutions, and participate in ongoing training to support professional growth within the niche market.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license (Life, Health, Property & Casualty)
• Experience as Insurance Agent or Agency Owner
• Ability to obtain additional FINRA licenses within 12 months

Responsibilities

• Assume and grow an established book of educator clients.
• Retain and renew existing policies while ensuring satisfaction.
• Generate new business through referrals and school partnerships.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities (life, retirement).
• Educate clients on coverage options and financial protection strategies.
• Promote value-added programs and resources for educators.
