Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer who will receive mentorship from an experienced agent and gain hands-on experience selling tailored insurance products to educators. You will educate potential clients, build a solid referral base, and engage in community events to expand opportunities.

The role offers performance-based compensation with incentives, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for travel rewards. Work may be in-person, in the field, or from an office setting.

Qualifications

• Must obtain or currently hold Life & Health licenses and Property & Casualty licenses.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage personal business.
