Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators access affordable insurance solutions and financial security. You will operate with a dedicated service representative, within an exclusive territory, using cutting-edge technology to grow your agency.

This 1099 role provides performance-based incentives, quarterly production rewards, and ongoing training designed to build a thriving independent practice.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses required: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities
