Job summary

Virtua Health seeks an educator to provide instruction to students, parents and the community at their Voorhees location. The role involves delivering curriculum, observing practice, and guiding learners toward skill mastery.

You will collaborate to develop educational programs, evaluate materials, and ensure high-quality Virtua education initiatives. A High School diploma is required, with RN licensure or certification preferred.

Location: Voorhees - 100 Bowman Drive Remote Type: On‑Site Employment Type: Employee Employment Classification: Regular Time Type: Part time Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Total Weekly Hours: 20 Additional Locations: Job Information: Schedule: Schedule requires flexibility between remote work, evening, and requires at least one weekend event a month.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides education according to the specific curriculum required.
• Observes actions during practice, provides positive or corrective feedback and guides towards the acquisition of skills.
• Tests for competency and provides remediation as necessary.
• Collaborates to develop educational programs that meet the needs for Virtua.
• Assists in the evaluation of existing materials and programs with a goal of providing the highest quality programs for Virtua.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:

Evidence of good organizational and communication skills. Proficient in presentation techniques, good human relations skills, and knowledge of adult learning and group dynamics. Required Education: High School Graduate. Specialty area may require a current RN license in the State of NJ or relevant certification. Training/Certifications/Licensure: Appropriate certification.

Hourly Rate:

$30.37 - $47.20 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
