Job summary

Virtua Health in Voorhees, NJ seeks an educational coordinator to provide instruction to students, parents and the community across diverse programs. This part-time role requires flexibility between remote work and on-site activities, with evening and weekend events to engage the public.

You will develop and deliver instructional content, assess learning needs, and collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality education programs aligned with Virtua's mission to improve community health.

• Proficient in presentation techniques, good human relations skills, and knowledge of adult learning and group dynamics.

• Observes actions during practice, provides positive or corrective feedback and guides towards the acquisition of skills.
• Tests for competency and provides remediation as necessary.
• Collaborates to develop educational programs that meet the needs for Virtua.
• Assists in the evaluation of existing materials and programs with a goal of providing the highest quality programs for Virtua.

Hourly Rate: $30.37 - $47.20The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
