Wise Benefits, the Worksite Division of Horace Mann, seeks a Worksite Benefits Consultant to lead and consult with agents, helping them develop strong agencies, increase revenue, and contribute to long-term growth. The role focuses on new business within educators, state agencies, and first responders.

You will articulate the HM story, train on the sales process, recruit and onboard agents, and travel extensively to open school buildings and support local opportunities.

Qualifications

• Life & Health License is required.
• 3+ years in successful field or agency experience.

Responsabilités

• Articulate the HM story and value proposition.
• Teach and strengthen understanding of the HM repeatable sales process.
• Communicate expectations and monitor progress.
• Facilitate and deliver workshops and seminars in school buildings.
• Able to define and leverage virtual tools to ensure continued access and sales success.
• Assess agent performance against company standards and develop corrective action if needed.
• Coordinate with recruiting on agent pipeline and onboarding of new agents.
• Travel 50-70%.
