Job summary

Fairfield School is seeking a highly motivated Educational Teaching Assistant to support the learning and welfare of our pupils aged 3–19 with a diverse range of needs.

The successful candidate will be a positive, calm team player who works well with colleagues and contributes to a supportive, inclusive learning environment. We are committed to ongoing CPD and staff wellbeing throughout the year.

• Experience of working with children/young people in a school environment is essential.
• Experience with pupils who have complex or profound and multiple learning difficulties would be an advantage.
• Keen to develop skills with continued professional development.

Working Hours: 31.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 3.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm

Salary Details: Grade 7, SCP 14 to 17, £20,238 to £21,380
