Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's in a related field required; solid related experience may substitute for a degree.
• Ability to apply professional boundaries with students and families/caregivers.
• Demonstrates growth mindset, inclusive practices, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to students in groups and one-to-one settings per IEPs.
• Assist with accommodations/modifications and data collection.
• Attend staff meetings and collaborate with the Student Services Team.
• Cover classroom responsibilities when needed.
• Support students with communication, self-care, and life skills.
