Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to lead the assessment process for exceptional learners in Texas. You will administer and interpret evaluations, write assessment reports, and provide recommendations to staff and parents.

You will collaborate with campuses to develop IEPs and educational plans, participate in ARD meetings, and support RTI fidelity while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of diagnostic procedures for evaluating exceptional learners.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and interpret evaluation data.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review referrals for RTI fidelity and eligibility for special education.
• Select, administer, and interpret formal and informal evaluations per regulations.
• Conduct classroom observations and contribute to ARD committee decisions.
• Provide staff development and consult with school personnel on IEP implementation.
• Communicate evaluation results and recommendations to staff and families.
