Job description

The 588 Educational Cooperative is accepting applications for the position of Educational
Diagnostician/ARD Facilitator. The 588 Educational Cooperative is based in Alpine, Texas and
staff regularly travel the scenic Big Bend byways in serving 12 member districts. Applicants
must be certified as an educational diagnostician.

Knowledge of special education law and assessment instruments is critical. Ability to speak,
read and write Spanish is helpful but not required. Department vehicles/gas are provided for
official business. Salary is contingent upon public school experience for 197-day contract.
