Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to conduct psychoeducational assessments and determine eligibility for special education services. You will work with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement IEPs that promote student achievement.

Responsibilities include preparing evaluation reports, presenting findings, and participating in ARD meetings while collaborating across departments to support student needs and educational programming.

Qualifications

• Master's degree obtained in Educational Assessment, Special Education, Psychology or related field.
• Texas Educational Diagnostician Certificate required.
• Texas teaching certificate required or in process.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Educational Diagnostician provides comprehensive educational assessments to determine student eligibility for special education services and supports. This role collaborates with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that promote student academic achievement and success.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive assessments to determine eligibility for special education services
• Write clear, compliant evaluation reports and provide recommendations based on assessment results
• Participate in ARD meetings as needed to review evaluation findings and support eligibility and educational programming decisions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
• Master's degree in Educational Assessment, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician Certificate and Texas teaching certificate
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience
