Kids Cove in Riverview, FL is seeking an Educational Coordinator to support Little Giants and Kid's Cove across multiple Tampa-area centers. The role involves observing classrooms, auditing curricula, ensuring fidelity, and coaching teachers to improve instructional practices.

You will lead onboarding and curriculum training, identify gaps with center leadership, and frequently travel between sites to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality early learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ECE experience.
• Staff credentials (CDA, FCCPC or an associate degree) required.
• Management experience in education settings preferred.

Little Giants and Kid's Cove is currently seeking a qualified Educational Coordinator.

• Supports multiple Tampa-area centers

What We Need from You:

Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
