Kid's Country is seeking a qualified Center Director to lead our Early Learning Academy in Auburn, WA. You will oversee daily operations, guide staff, and ensure a warm, high‑quality educational environment for young children.

The role requires CD certification, state ECE credential or MERIT, and experience in teaching plus management in an early learning center. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive team culture.

Kid's Country is currently seeking a qualified Center Director.

Qualifications include:

• CD certification
• ECE state certification or it's equivalent approved by MERIT
• At least 2 yrs of experience teaching in an early learning program
• At least 6 months of experience in management or admin in an early learning center
• Health and safety training

Pay Range

$80,169 - $85,000 USD

What We Need from You:

Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
