Position Description:

Oversee and manage the educational program of the child care facility serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Ensure curriculum aligns with state licensing regulations and early childhood education standards.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to teachers to ensure high-quality instruction and classroom management.
• Monitor child development and learning progress through assessments and observations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding curriculum, child progress, and developmental milestones.
• Organize professional development opportunities for staff and maintain a positive, nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
