Cardinal Education in Burlingame, CA is seeking Educational Consultants for an in-person role delivering personalized 1-on-1 academic support and advising to students and families after school hours.

The position offers base pay of $70,000–$75,000 with performance bonuses totaling $15,000–$40,000+, and an OTE of $85,000–$115,000+. Relocation assistance, 401(k) matching, monthly medical reimbursement, paid leave, and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject from an elite, nationally accredited university.
• Proficiency in high school-level core STEM subjects, including AP-level math and sciences.
• Prior experience tutoring/coaching in STEM subjects for high school-aged students.
• Having a registered vehicle and a license for transportation between offices and to students’ homes.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and 1 weekend day for 8 months of the year.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 academic support and advising to students and families.
• Attend training and contribute to growth and operations in fields such as sales, recruitment, research & data analysis, curriculum development, marketing, and management.
• Support standardized test preparation, ongoing coursework, executive function management, and project work.
• Maintain flexible schedule including evenings and at least one weekend day per week during the program period.

Job Overview

This is an in-person role in Burlingame, California. Educational Consultants work directly with students and families in the afternoon and evening to provide personalized 1-on-1 academic support and advising for:

5. Confidence and Soft Skill-building

During the morning and midday, besides receiving training on teaching pedagogy, Educational Consultants learn about and contribute to the growth and operations of the business in some of the following fields based on aptitude:

4. Curriculum Development
5. Marketing
6. Management

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000-$115,000+
  • Base Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000
  • Performance & Referral-Based Bonuses: $15,000-$40,000+
