Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking an on-site professional learning specialist in North Alabama to become an expert on its online diagnostic and instruction programs for grades K-8. You will coordinate on-site product training and professional development for teachers and school administrators.

You will tailor workshops to participants' needs, deliver PD on implementing Ready and i-Ready to improve classroom learning, provide data analysis support, and collaborate with the Senior Director of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching teachers, and providing professional development.
• Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards, Grades K-8, or comparable state standards.
• Fluency with digital tools including online assessments.
• Comfort discussing and applying data with teachers and leaders.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and their application to professional development.
• Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Must live within 30 miles of the posting area and be open to relocating to North Alabama.
• Must have own transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays and various transport modes.
