Pay Range

This range is provided by DoDEA. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$18.00/yr - $31.27/yr

Responsibilities

1. Distribute and collect testing materials as needed by students.
2. Grade tests and provide results using identified scoring techniques.
3. Monitor students during various phases of the school day.
4. Prepare instructional materials related to classroom lessons.
5. Provide tutoring to students in all subject areas.
6. Supervise students on field trips.

• Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Requirement.
• Maintain confidentiality of school-related matters.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship required.
• Direct deposit of pay is required.
• Two-year trial period may be required.
• Subject to a background investigation for suitability/fitness.
• Requires a Tier 1 (T1) investigation with Childcare Checks, as duties involve interaction with minors under 18.

Qualifications

Who May Apply: U.S. Citizens.

Applicants must meet education and/or experience requirements. Experience includes paid, unpaid, volunteer work, and service programs. Your resume must detail relevant experience; transcripts are required if qualifying via education.

Experience: At least one year of relevant experience demonstrating ability to perform the duties of an Educational Aide.

Education Substitution: 2 years (60 semester hours) of education above high school can substitute for experience.
