Job summary

Mercor is seeking an experienced educator to help evaluate AI assistants on realistic education and training tasks. You will write prompts, interact with the AI across several turns, and rate results against professional standards.

You will steer the AI, provide feedback, and document what went well or poorly, while working remotely for about 10 hours per week at $30/hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in teaching, instructional design or corporate training.
• You use AI assistants at least occasionally.
• You write clearly in English.
