Qualifications

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of computer help desk or computer troubleshooting experience (preferred).
• State of Arizona Identity (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of computers, and accessories including running updates when needed.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform minor repairs on student/staff devices.
• Submit tickets for repair when necessary and follow up on repair requests and status.
• Maintain operation of hardware and complete software updates as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of technology devices.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and students as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of devices for state and local assessments.
• Communicate and report to the IT Department as needed.
• Participate in professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
