Ursuline Academy of New Orleans seeks a Technology Manager to oversee all computer and communications technology, aligning educational objectives with secure, budget-conscious operations. You will lead technology planning, vendor management, and support for staff and events.

The role includes managing the campus network, AV support, and Google Workspace administration while collaborating with leadership to advance STEM and arts in the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in education technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead selection and implementation of operations technology and systems for the academy.
• Monitor, maintain, and secure the campus network and virtual servers; oversee internet connectivity and email systems.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the technology plan with priorities, standards and procedures.
• Manage IT budgets, bids for hardware, software licenses and renewals.
• Provide IT support for events, AV setup, and campus activities.
• Administer Google Workspace and related services for the academy.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet programmatic technology goals and training needs.
