Ursuline Academy of New Orleans seeks a Technology Manager to lead the campus technology strategy and operations. The role focuses on secure, efficient, and budget-conscious IT systems aligned with the academy's curriculum and programming.

The position involves directing university-level IT planning and supporting faculty with technology integration while ensuring reliable network services and data protection across the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an education technology or related field;
• Three+ years of experience in education technology preferred;
• Ability to plan, purchase, install and maintain technology in an educational setting;
• Strong communication with all stakeholders and ability to lead technology initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead the selection and implementation of operations technology and systems that are user-friendly, efficient, secure, and budget-conscious.
• Monitor and maintain campus network, virtual servers, internet connectivity and network security.
• Develop and update the technology plan, set technical priorities, standards and procedures; oversee staff productivity.
• Oversee IT budget, secure bids for hardware upgrades, and manage software licenses renewal.
• Act as administrator for Google Workspace and provide IT support for events and activities on campus.
• Coordinate with Facilities to manage physical security across campus (door access, cameras, IDs, etc.).
• Represent IT on governance committees and report on technology plan implementation and evaluation.
