Job summary

Amergis, Bath, ME is seeking Education Technician I–III to support educational and behavioral services for children and adults with special needs in a school setting. This contract full-time role offers 35 hours per week with a $30/hour pay rate, and involves collaboration with school professionals to reach learning goals.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, pediatric experience preferred, and current CPR if applicable; compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification, if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate educational and behavioral services for children and adults with special needs.
• Collaborate with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
