Job summary
Learnvia seeks a Technical Generalist to bridge technical development and educational content creation while assisting partners with implementing and optimizing learning technologies. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Educational Technology or related field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to learn new languages, tools, and edtech technologies.
- Experience with developing interactive educational tools and video content in an ed-tech setting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Bridge software development and instructional content creation to support learning technologies.
- Collaborate with engineers and content authors to develop interactive tools and dynamic content.
- Define technical requirements and contribute to learning activities development.
- Automate processes and use data analytics to improve learning outcomes.
- Provide customer success and partner support, including LMS integrations and faculty training.
