Job summary

The Richardson School LLC is seeking an Education Support Professional to assist classrooms with daily lessons, supervise activities, and support students with disabilities in a calm, student-centered environment.

You will engage students 1:1 and in small groups, help implement IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to provide consistent care. This role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–3:00pm, part time with summers off and starts at $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow behavior plans and use trained physical intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support classrooms with daily lessons, activities, and supervision.
• Engage students in 1:1 and small-group learning to build skills.
• Assist with behavioral support using trauma-informed de-escalation techniques.
