Job summary

The Richardson School, a MyPath Company, is seeking an Education Support Professional to support students with diverse needs. You will assist classrooms, engage students in 1:1 and small-group activities, and help implement IEP goals. Behavioral support and trauma-informed approaches are part of daily work.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with students with disabilities is helpful but not required.
Calm, adaptable, student-centered approach and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Support classrooms with daily lessons, activities, and supervision.
Engage students in 1:1 and small-group learning to build skills.
Assist with behavioral support and de-escalation techniques.
Help implement IEP goals and classroom strategies.
Document student progress and behavior data.
