Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in education, healthcare, or consulting.
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead account and client management efforts, cultivating relationships and ensuring client retention.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Develop statewide growth strategies and align client needs with PCG products and services.
• Present information clearly to project leadership and clients; translate needs into actionable plans.
• Travel up to 50% as required to support Maryland-based initiatives.
