The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to provide expert guidance, facilitate problem-solving, and support the development and execution of state and local initiatives that advance teaching and learning across Maryland. In addition, the Consultant will focus on growth and retention, ensuring that client relationships are nurtured and maintained for long-term success. The Consultant will partner with regional leadership and support state education agencies and school district clients in their efforts related to special education, strategic planning, data management and use.
