Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with model-building ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Self-directed work style with ability to produce client-ready output with limited supervision.
• Collaborative, able to coach junior team members.
• Genuine interest in education, workforce, or social impact.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand their market: size industries, map competition, surface growth trends across education and workforce markets.
• Build structure around hard questions through framework development to guide strategic recommendations.
• Build narratives from qualitative interviews and survey research to surface stakeholder insights.
• Turn analysis into recommendations by synthesizing research and financial models into prioritized insights for executives.
• Inform investment decisions in due diligence engagements by shaping evaluation of opportunities.
