• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of consulting or related professional services experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with ability to synthesize data.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive multiple project workstreams, developing expertise on key questions shaping client strategy.
• Identify data sources and perform primary and secondary research to inform insights.
• Develop hypotheses and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including market sizing and competitive landscaping.
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and create client deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations.
• Engage directly with clients to present findings and recommendations in formal settings.
• Coach and support junior team members to produce high‑quality work and share best practices.
