Zusammenfassung

ESS is seeking a proactive recruiter to place substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff for Kershaw County School District. You will identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates, and represent ESS at local career fairs while communicating opportunities clearly and upholding our commitment to diversity.

Regular in-person attendance is required and you will collaborate with a team to meet staffing goals, ensuring excellent service to ESS clients and candidates alike.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Must interact well with others.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced and confident speaking in groups and meeting new people.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Apply proven methods to identify, attract, and facilitate the hiring of qualified and diverse education professionals.
• Attend and recruit at local community and university career fairs within the county, paid for by company.
• Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and available positions.
• Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates with a focus on college graduates and certified teachers.
• Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
• Work cooperatively with all members of the team.
• Complete special projects as needed.
• Regular, in-person attendance is required.
