Mercer County Community College (MCCC) invites applications for a part-time educational program facilitator. The role supports academic advising and curriculum delivery across James Kerney Campus in Trenton and the West Windsor Campus.

The position offers a collaborative, student-centered environment with access to tuition waivers and a range of benefits. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree, have two years of experience in student support, and be proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in related field.
• Two (2) years' of experience in student support or working with a youth program.
• Experience using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate small group discussions, lecture, demonstrate, and use audiovisual aids to supplement presentations.
• Provide academic, social, and recreational advisement to promote a more enriching academic experience.
• Prepare individualized objectives and outline course of study following curriculum guidelines.
• Develop curriculum and manage classroom activities.
• Assist students with computer-assisted instructions.
• Maintain attendance records.
• Support student activities or organizations and provide academic advisement and counseling.
