Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 3 years of responsible experience in security and/or business management.
• Experience may substitute education as per policy.
• Must be able to meet state, county and municipal licensing requirements for security operation(s).

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key client contact to ensure the delivery of high quality customer service.
• Oversees recruitment, selection, orientation, training and retention of high caliber staff.
• Prepares staffing schedules for the account and ensures efficient scheduling while controlling labor costs.
• Assists in development and administration of the budget in relation to the account.
• Maintains compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Provides input to company initiatives and resolves issues affecting the account.
• Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the account.
