Job summary

Delta-T Group Corp, located at 950 Haverford Road, Bryn Mawr, PA, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for its Education department. This role will manage the team’s daily workflow and coordinate communication with external clients to ensure staffing needs are met.

The successful candidate will recruit, interview, credential professionals, lead projects, and build relationships with local schools. It is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for growth within a large referral agency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• At least 1 year recruitment or customer service experience involving resolving challenges via phone.
• At least 1 year management experience.
• Effective phone rapport building skills.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently towards assigned goals.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage metrics and hand out ads, staffing models, client satisfaction, and performance levels
• Lead, organize, and implement special projects or performance improvement activities
• Recruit: source, interview, and credential prospective professionals available for staffing
• Represent your team at job fairs, conferences, trade shows, and other recruitment events when needed
• Maintain and develop relationships with local schools
• Provide strong leadership that mentors and develops your team of associates
