Job summary

Texas School Ready (TSR) oversees the delivery of services to achieve program outcomes, supervises staff and partners, and maintains policies and procedures. The Specialist will develop proposals, forecast budgets, manage budgets, and report on progress.

They will coach program staff using side-by-side coaching and reflective feedback, collaborating with CLI staff to ensure TSR fidelity, and travel as needed for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• 3+ years training or coaching adults.
• 3+ years teaching preschool children.
• Fluent in English and Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise policies and procedures for TSR program.
• Supervise staff, contractual team members and volunteers.
• Collect and input client and service activity data.
• Provide program coaches with implementation support of TSR project.
